As a Licensed Psychologist (PSY11800), I
provide a wide-range of services to adults, teenagers, and
children. I am available for individuals, couples, and families. I
also provide psychological services (such as stress management
seminars and consultation) to businesses and
organizations.
My role as a psychologist is to assist you in resolving issues and
concerns that are compromising your life. I will help you clarify
sources of distress and assist you in discovering more effective
ways to respond and cope so that you can realize your optimal
wellbeing and potential. My approach includes insight oriented,
cognitive-behavioral, and educational methods. Click on the links

Location
As a San Diego psychologist, my office is easily accessible. My
office sits next to freeways 8 and 163 in the Mission Valley area
of San Diego, and I am only a few minutes away from freeways 5,
805, and 15. Take the Mission Center exit off freeway 8. I am
located across the street from the Benihana and El Torito
restaurants.
